Trudie has been an Orlando resident since 1987 and has lived and worked in the Southwest community for 15 years. She has be an award winning Realtor® since 1990.

With two successful children (Natalie, a 3rd year medical student at Wake Forest School of Medicine and Jonathan, an Electrical Engineer with Peninsula Engineering Inc.) and her husband working for Walt Disney World as a Project Engineer — Trudie's life revolves around the balance of family... and real estate. Trudie also has an extended family through Natalie's marriage to Mike Gillson. Life is good.

The importance of family has given Trudie a magical perspective when working with her clients. "I hold conferences with buyers to find out their unique needs and their family situations". After meeting with clients, Trudie provides a variety of services to help make the home-buying process as easy as possible. For example, she mails information about the area to out-of-town buyers, runs computer printouts of available listings, previews properties prior to taking her clients' time, matches her clients' financial needs with appropriate mortgage services and evens helps locate rental properties.

Her commitment to quality and personal service has earned Trudie Hammond national recognition throughout her real estate career. She received the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle Award in 1999 (sales exceeded $5.8 million), is a graduate of the Realtor® Institute (where she earned her G.R.I. designation) and holds her C.R.S. designation (Council of Residential Specialists).
